Sustainably designed to across 120,000 square feet, Tommy Bahama's headquarters are not your typical corporate office environment, they are a studio that capture the essence of a brand and a place where the craft of clothing and lifestyle come together. The office design builds upon the attributes that have made the client’s brand so successful—the embodiment of island life and casual sophistication.
The spaces feature a natural material palette and rich textures such as woven fabric wall coverings, glass and steel, and rough-honed stone. The environment invokes the idea of “studio” while providing texture and personality without skewing the designer’s inspiration. The open, casual setting fosters a relaxing environment in which to work, a place not unlike a modern beach house. The design is focused on the user experience and reflects the attributes found throughout the brand and its products
