Seattle, WA. Our client’s goal was to reposition Westlake Tower as a premier Class A office building in its unique position downtown at the intersection of financial, retail, and urban residential neighborhoods, and two unique mass transit lines: monorail and streetcar. The project looks to reinvent the perception of this office tower as it relates to the adjacent mall by using light, materiality and a contemporary design approach. 
Spaces re-imagined include the Main Floor Lobby; Tenant Amenity Suite including Management Office, Fitness Center and Conference Center; Multi-tenant floor elevator lobbies and restrooms; Elevator cabs; and Garage entry and lobbies.
