Location: Seattle, WA

Our client’s goal was to reposition Westlake Tower as a premier Class A office building in its unique position downtown at the intersection of financial, retail, and urban residential neighborhoods, and two unique mass transit lines: monorail and streetcar. The project looks to reinvent the perception of this office tower as it relates to the adjacent mall by using light, materiality and a contemporary design approach. 


Spaces re-imagined include the main floor lobby; tenant amenity suite including management office, fitness center & conference center; multi-tenant floor elevator lobbies and restrooms; elevator cabs; and garage entry & lobbies.
