SkB designed the new OAC Services Seattle office to foster connectivity and productivity, engage visitors and celebrate their company culture. As a self-described “boots and blue jeans” construction consulting company, their location in a heavy timber, brick building is the perfect fit. A hospitality-rich reception area welcomes staff and guests to linger, opening up to a large meeting room for company events. The office offers choices for touchdown desk sharing, small impromptu meetings, workshop space, community gathering, and focused teamwork. The palette complements the building with crisp white walls, colorful accent textiles and tile, fir slab counters, and dark steel elements.
