WSECU
Situated on a prominent corner in Seattle's University District, WSECU brings workplace, community, and public life together within a building shaped by its urban context. A sculpted masonry form and transparent ground plane establish a civic presence while reinforcing the vitality of the surrounding neighborhood.
U.S. Bank Center Tower Reposition
Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, just blocks from pike place market, US Bank Center was reimagined to support new retail models and create a vibrant gathering space. Honoring the building’s public access commitments, the transformation redefined its atrium, corridors, and lobby—turning a once grand, yet impersonal space into a dynamic, publicly accessible hub for work and social connection.
Gamer HQ
Located on the eastern shoreline of Lake Whatcom in northwest Washington State. Designed for a couple who are equal parts technology and nature, digital and analog, city and country, this single-family residence is an investigation of harmonies and contrasts that takes its cues from these two personalities (and one dog named Lemmy), while shaped by the influences of site, and an ardent desire for durability and sustainability.
KEXP 90.3 FM & La Marzocco
An adaptive reuse of Seattle Center's landmark 1962 World's Fair Northwest Rooms, KEXP Headquarters reimagines the traditional radio station as a public cultural institution where music, broadcasting, and community converge.
